Mr. Ryan Aubry is a Senior Vice President / Senior Advisor with Kosmont Companies. He supports clients on development feasibility, financial analyses and market analyses. Additionally, he has extensive experience with public-private partnerships and the tools used to effectuate them including ground-leases, tax sharing agreements, and fiscal impact analyses.

Mr. Aubry has held executive development roles leading some of the largest P3 mixed-use projects in Southern California. These include the four high-rise tower Metropolis project in Downtown Los Angeles, as well as the District NoHo project in North Hollywood. The latter was secured via a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Metro for land it controls at one of its primary transit hubs.

Mr. Aubry possesses extensive experience with affordable housing, entitlements, construction, retail, and hospitality. He played an instrumental role in the development of the Metropolis Hotel Indigo, including securing a tax sharing agreement with the City of Los Angeles. At 350 rooms, the hotel is the largest within the IHG – Hotel Indigo flag global portfolio.

AFFILIATIONS

Mr. Aubry is President and shareholder of a boutique lodging operation in Mammoth Lakes, California. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mr. Aubry received his Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, Master of Geography (Urban Geography and Geographic Information Systems) from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Bachelor of Arts, Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara
