Ms. Adria Stauber is a Project Analyst with Kosmont Companies, working closely with senior personnel to acquire new business, conduct research for public agency clients, and provide overall project management support for a variety of project types.

Ms. Stauber has a background in affordable housing finance and development, urban design for community betterment, and transportation program management. She has facilitated public-private partnership building and worked alongside stakeholders from the community to county level. Most recently she worked for CTY Housing, a  development and financial advisory services for affordable housing developers, helping developers and public agencies determine the financial feasibility of potential new projects, apply for competitive funding opportunities, and manage project close outs.

Her prior experience includes CEQA report drafting at AECOM; sourcing and applying for public finance opportunities at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco; and managing a mobility hubs pilot project at TransForm.

EDUCATION

Ms. Stauber holds a M.A. in Urban Planning from UCLA and a B.A. in Public Health from UC Berkeley.
