The competitive bidding process can be complex and time consuming for local governments, many of which are now required to carry out this technical work with less staff available. Kosmont Companies assists public agencies and school  agencies with the often-complex developer solicitation, selection and transaction negotiation process. Our recent client base ranges from coastal cities like Redondo Beach to urban core cities such as South Gate and Daly City, to diverse cities further inland such as Placentia and Norco. The Kosmont role includes drafting and advertising Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluating developer and service firm proposals and helping clients select the most qualified partner.
