Kosmont-Rose Survey Says Reno Among 20 Least Expensive Cities in the West to do Business

Reno is among the 20 least-expensive cities in the West to do business, finds a study by the Kosmont-Rose Institute of Claremont, Calif. (It doesn’t provide rank-order listings, but merely groups cities.) The study tracks tax rates and business fees and says that the list of most-expensive cities in the region includes Phoenix, Denver, Portland, Seattle and a bunch of California locations.
