Kosmont Companies was recently featured in an article published by the Orange County Register on the subject of their economic development work in the City of Mission Viejo.

In order to improve the retail market in the City, Kosmont Companies prepared a report that analyzes the City’s existing retail conditions while identifying opportunities for growth. Kosmont’s report included analysis on:

  • Citywide demographics
  • Inflow and outflow of workers on a daily basis
  • Shopping and spending patters of Mission Viejo residents
  • Addition of a mixed-use town center and other development such as hotel
